My art journals are an extension of my soul. I write and paint in them daily. They ground me and help me think. They contain all of my ideas so I can focus on one thing at a time. They give me a great deal of pleasure to just look through and experience when I need some inspiration. They also serve the purpose of containing parts of my life that I have already experienced…bits and pieces from my past. I cannot live without them!!
